FAQ

  • We are a are now a little bigger but still a small company with no dedicated shipping team. We aim provide as fast as shipping as we can with our in stock items. When the shop is very busy we will put up lead times on the main store page banner.

  • We stand behind our products, any item with defects can be sent back to us within a 30 day period to be replaced for a new one. We do not cover abuse or neglect to our products but if you’ve been using our gear and it gets damaged in the field or during training reach out to us for repairs we will make it a priority to get it back to you as soon as possible so your not without it for a long period of time.

  • We can provide custom sewing or printing services. There are limitations to this but we will notify you if this is something we can not do and do our best to point you in a direction of people we trust that could do what you need. To contact us for custom services fill our contact sheet out below and tell us what your looking for. We now offer laser cutting services as well as prototyping services.

  • Everything is made here in house at Teardown Systems all our nylon gear is berry compliant and USA made unless otherwise specified. Our 3d Printed parts are all in house as well and are in most cases not berry compliant due to most factories outsourcing filaments and materials.

  • We try to keep things as stocked as we can afford to, as we grow we will be able to keep bigger stocks of things. Reach out to us for an eta on an item we will do our best to notify you or sign up for our email to be notified on restocks.

  • We offer manufacturing and R&D Services for other companies or start ups, if you need an item produced for your company or you have a dream that needs to made into reality fill out our contact form below and we will get back to you and help make it a possibility.

  • As we have grown we have adopted both a in stock and made to order system. This allows us to keep our less popular items on site but still allows us to build up stock of our more popular yearly items. Normally this does not effect your order when shipping. It can though, so if your order takes more than a week to ship that is probably why.
